Elisabeth is currently running the National Campus Energy Challenge at Trinity College, advocating a Connecticut state carbon cap, organizing a student-run recycling task force at Trinity through Green Campus, and serving on Trinity's Sustainability Task Force.

Liz Veazey, SEN
Liz coordinates SEN's work around the South supporting energy efficiency and renewable energy options on campus and beyond, building state networks to support better policy and to fight dirty coal and nuclear plants.
REGION: Southeast (focus on NC, SC, GA, TN, FL, but also work some in AL, MS, LA, AR & KY)

Seth Gunning, SEN
Seth is currently working with students and youth in Georgia and South Carolina to improve campus energy, food, and sustainability policies, is working to connect youth to community members in appalachia fighting strip mining and mountain top removal, and working to stop the development of three new coal plants and two new nuclear plants.

Janie's position is a joint position between Southern Energy Network & Students United for a Responsible Global Environment. Janie works with students running the Campus Climate Challenge in North Carolina.

Jon Paul Plumlee, SEN
JP is currently working with campuses across the state of TN on institutionalizing student green fees and comprehensive sustainability policies, which support green power purchasing, energy efficiency projects, wind and solar installations, sustainable transportation, and educational initiatives.

Sean Miller, Earth Day Network

Sean is responsible for EDN’s education programs for students and our network of over 25,000 teachers interested in environmental issues, as well as our National Civic Education Project and Green Schools Campaign. He is the EAC rep., where EDN is implementing the Campus Climate Challenge’s model of success into the K-12 setting. Region: based in Washington, DC but works throughout the greater DC area. Amelia Kissick, EDN
Amelia Kissick is the Education Coordinator at Earth Day Network (EDN). She manages two grant programs at Earth Day Network, including the National Civic Education Project and the Campus Climate Challenge grant, providing participating teachers with lesson ideas and financial support. Additionally, she serves as the first resource for the 25,000 members of the Educator's Network. Region: based in Washington, DC but works throughout the greater DC area. Ethan works to coordinate youth networks in Maryland around the issue of clean energy and global warming. He works closely with the state-wide student network, Maryland Student Climate Coalition. He travels throughout the state to empower students and assist their clean energy campaigns.

Jennifer Schroeder Andrews, Clean Air Cool Planet
It’s amazing to be able to work with students on campus greenhouse gas inventories and climate action plans; I’ve seen these used as really effective organizing tools, and they have the added benefit of providing important job skills to those who may want to work in the growing field of greenhouse gas management. In a fundamental way, we’re helping to build a low-carbon economy!
